Howdy Doodie... Those of you who plan to do the Birkie Brevet and who need a
room at the Grand Lodge on Friday night: 

Call and request your room before 5PM this Friday. After that time all
"Oregon Randonneur" block rooms will be released to the public. You can wait
and "hope" a room is available the week before the brevet if you wait... not
a wise choice.

While your at it, do the preregistration thing.
