Spot-checking some past ride notices, the RWGPS link always maintains the
"(Unofficial)" designation, even after the event.
I think the ORR standard is that the cuesheet is the authoritative
resource. In my experience once the cuesheet link says "Final" the RWGPS
route has been updated also to reflect any changes, though I can imagine
those two things might not be perfectly synchronized.
