[ORRando] Nighttime 200k perm

I want to see how my body reacts to lack of sleep and get used to new
lighting gear before I do the >300km brevets.  Can anyone suggest a good
night start ~200k route (permanent or otherwise) near Portland, something
safe-ish to do solo at night for someone (read: me) without a ton of night
riding experience?
