[ORRando] Wine Country Populair and Brevet

September 12 event will include a populair and 200k. The route (Wine
Country, Forest Grove start) was only run once in November 2005. It was
rainy, cold and only 4 of us rode. The populair was run 5 times in
November.  Let's see if September proves better weather.  I will have more
info available after this weekend. Until then you can preview the
RideWithGPS routes on the website.
