[ORRando] Three Capes Preregistration...

I rode the back Bay and Capes this past weekend and thought I'd add to the
road conditions update. There are pot-holes on the climb and the descent at
Cape Meares, probably the worst condition that stretch of road has been in
since 2006.  Past Oceanside just north of Netarts, stress cracks have opened
up on the short descent at Happy Camp (at the north end of Netarts Bay);
there are lot of pot holes on the road out to Cape Lookout State Park; and
more stress cracks and a couple of sink holes on the descent in the turns
above Sand Lake.
