	Thanks for leading the ride yesterday (Banks for Breakfast)
	 
	Remember, Barb & I left the group to do the Banks Trail mid
ride.
	I just thought I would update you in case it's helpful to your
newsletter note about the closure. 
	 
	The trail is closed at mile 5.5 after the manning trail head and
before buxton.
	A culvert eroded and is being replaced.  Heavy equip is on site
and a 30 deep by 30 wide ditch is excavated for the drainage culvert.
	There is no walk around (without significant effort and mud)
	 
	The detour is to divert to hwy 26 at the manning trail head.
	Turn Rt on Fisher to Buxton  in 1.7 miles 
	The Buxton trail head is 1.3 miles
	Continue the trail to Vernonia
	 
	The unmarked detour distance is only slightly longer than the
trail distance.
