I called Motel 6's 800 number to try to get my reservation changed to
the group rate and they couldn't do it because I didn't have a discount
code. Do you have such a code?

I'm in the same boat.  Motel 6 has rooms with 2 queens for something
like $56. It would be nice to split with 1-3 other people.
