[ORRando] The unavailability of lodging in Forest Grove before the Oregon Coast 600km

Apparently Pacific University is having some sort of event on the 21st
that's hoovered up every available hotel room in the area on that night.
Does anyone know if the Grand Lodge holds rooms in reserve and then shakes
them free at the last minute?
