[ORRando] OBM1000 elevation update.

The elevation gain for the Oregon Blue Mountains 1000k has been updated on the web site from 41,000 feet to 33,600 feet an the route sheet has been updated with the new elevations. Recent scouting trips over 400 miles revealed the need for a new elevation estimate. The new estimate uses Bikely and the route divided into 5 pieces. The Bikely estimate is a better match with my gps altimeter.
