I was thinking of making this my first brevet but am a little
intimidated buy the elevation more so that the distance. My family
camped at North Fork in the Pinchot Forest a few years back in July and
the flies were ferocious. I seem to remember skin so soft by Avon
working pretty good.

I figured if I could keep them away, I would create a fly paper of sorts and trap them. I didn't trap flys but they didn't seem to like landing on the stuff smeared all over my exposed parts.
