[ORRando] Nehalem river permanent this Saturday

I'm planning to solo Capes and Cows this weekend - with full sun on the  
coast and 55-60 degrees expected - it's going to be awesome. I'm actually  
staying out there or I'd switch and ride with y'all. Any chance you (or  
anyone) has a dormant C&C brevet card, and would be willing to come out and  
ride on the coast Saturday?

It's a long shot but I had to ask ...
