Thanks for pointing this out, Lynne and Bert.

I should have clarified my statement: I think the Randonneur 5000 award is
the only ACP award that the Fleche is important for.

But yes, it does count towards the R-12, and towards the mileage
(kilometerage) awards, such as the 1000, 2000, 3000 etc.
