Hi All,
I need to submit the 2009 ACP schedule by Oct 1, RUSA events can always be added at a later date.
I'm looking for members that can volunteer as the ride organizers for these events. In particular, I need volunteers for the longer events. I'll be organizing the Fleche next year in addition to all the prep work that goes into organizing these rides. Without a dedicated ride organizer, these events will not be scheduled. Nothing fancy or frilly required. Our randos are perfectly capable of feeding themselves, parking their own bikes, and making their own motel reservations etc.  Ride organizer needs to show up to the start with paperwork & cards, and have a way of collecting cards at the finish (riders mailing in cards is not allowed... dropping into a window of a parked car is OK, dropping of at the front desk of a motel is OK).
