As you all know several clubs in the area have a Verboort ride. Check this description out (at least I use pictures from our own rides.)  Now when I saw this picture I knew I'd seen it somewhere else... Sure a lot of on the bike luggage for a PWTC ride... too many bents for a PWTC ride. Isn't this Paul Rozelle in the PBP jersey?... hmmm strange.
