After the last time station he has 9h11m to ride 110 miles.  This means an
almost 20% increase in average speed.  

Glimmer of good news weather reports for McKee City and Atlantic City, last
two time stations, show temps in the 70s with a NW wind of 16mph.  Depending
on local air flow he could get a bit of a boost from the weather.
