[ORRando] Moving orrando elist members

Hi folks,
I wanted to let you know that I will be moving the orrando elist members
over to a new orrando google groups. I will be doing this as a direct add
as the elist is large. You can change your subscription options once you
get the initial message.  Some members may be filtering their emails from
this list in their client rather than on the server.

Eventually I hope to have all of the ORR content moved to the cloud so that
Michael can retire of the webmaster role. He's been doing this for the last
15 years and much of the site is custom coded to help me manage the
brevets. You've no doubt noticed some changes so far...google form
registrations.
