[ORRando] Oregon Scenic Bikeways celebrates 11 years

The Oregon Scenic Bikeways Program celebrates its 11 years on Monday, April 24, 10 am to 2 pm at the Capitol Galleria in Salem.  As a member of the Scenic Bikeways Committee, I will be there helping to host the event.  Here is the link to the OPRD press release:
