[ORRando] PBP will likely sell out early

PBP is a special thing and I would hate to see Oregon randos miss out. So...

To members of this list who are not members of the Seattle Rando Facebook
group (where a message to this effect has been posted) AND who hope to
complete PBP this year, if any such people exist:

You should be aware that it now appears PBP will meet it’s rider limit with
ONLY preregistered riders. This has never happened before.

If you completed an ACP brevet between Nov 1, 2017 and Oct 31, 2018 please
pay close attention to the preregistration calendar and preregister!

Riders who completed brevets of 600km or longer, or grandes randonnées per
Les Randonneurs Mondiaux are already eligible to preregister.

Upcoming dates, Pacific Time:
400k or longer, preregister 3pm Feb 10
300k or longer, preregister 3pm Feb 24
200k or longer, preregister 3pm Mar 10

Preregistering costs a non refundable 30 euros and is not transferable.
