Oregon Scenic Bikeways Program celebrates 10 years of beautiful bike routes this Friday, May 3rd at the Capitol Galleria from 10 am - 2 pm and we hope you can join us! The free event features cake, fun gifts, the unveiling of the new Scenic Bikeways Map, and guest speakers. For more information please see this PRESS RELEASE (clickable link).

I was recently appointed to the Oregon Scenic Bikeways Committee.  Note that this is the tenth anniversary of the Willamette Valley Scenic Bikeway, 134 miles from Champoeg State Park to Armitage County Park near Eugene.  I will ride from Champoeg to Salem Friday morning, following the first 33 miles of the bikeway.  Let me know if you want to join me.
