[ORRando] May 12 cuesheets and prereg

I've updated the cuesheets for this Saturday's 200 and 400 with minor
changes from the preride.

Also, please preregister by midnight Wednesday.

This weekend's weather looks ideal. As in, if it's your first 400k, the
weather and route could not be more ideal unless you had a tailwind in both
directions.

Start times are staggered, 6AM for 400k, 7AM for 200k. You can sign in 1/2
earlier.

As usual, unsupported, plenty of services on the route.
