[ORRando] Riders in Southern Oregon

Hi all, I live in Ashland, and am looking at doing some of the brevets in
our fine state this year, and wanted to see if there was anyone else down
this way who might be going up to Portland area for any of the brevets.  I
would love to be able to do something farther down here and hold some hope
that I might be able to create some routes that might help expand the scope
of this state's rando-options, but for the moment, I plan to go up North.
Anyway, any ideas about how to go about submitting routes and the
requirements for that would be great, as would any info on anyone who's
doing rando-oriented anything in the South of the state would be much
appreciated!  Thanks a bunch,
