[ORRando] Oregon Randonneurs Sweaters: Care Instructions

machine or hand-wash delicate/wool. Hang or lay flat to dry. If you wear them too many times between washings, the residual sweat will attract moths. I wash mine after every wearing.

My red jerseys are wearing much better than my green ls jersey, which actually wore through!

The Woolistic jerseys (last two OrRando buys) are superwash wool - the wool has no residual lanolin, and is treated in such a way that the fibers are smooth and flat, so the yarn won't shrink or felt. Aside: most commercial wool has no residual lanolin - it is removed in processing, in the step called "scouring".

Bona fides - I process wool from fleece right off the sheep to finished garments.

Cheers,
Lynne F
