[ORRando] Bend 200 preregistration

Looks like we have about a dozen riders signed up for the Bend 200.
The weather forecast in Bend on Saturday looks wonderful. No doubt it
will be even nicer up in the Cascade Lakes/Bachelor area.

Please preregister by Wednesday midnight if you might ride so that Joe
has enough cards and cuesheets.

Most riders are coming from the valley, so if you are needing/wanting
to carpool you should be able to "decode" their email addresses and
contact them directly.

PS If you need a 600 to finish up an award for 2014 (Spider, talking
to you!), check the SIR 600 running this weekend. It is very
challenging but the route should be beautiful.
