[ORRando] Three Capes results submitted to RUSA

We had 41 starters and 38 finishers. Opinions were numerous and sometimes
conflicting as to the good/bad of this year's route and conditions. There
was rain; there was wind. However, everyone appeared to have a good time.

Thanks to volunteers John Henry Maurice (prerider) and Lynn Fitzsimmons
(many cuesheet variations and RWGPS). Working around the closures and
deciding between the alternatives is not always easy.

Del Scharffenberg is the first Oregonian to earn the RUSA Modial Award (
http://www.rusa.org/award_mond.html) for completing 40,000 km in RUSA
events. You will note that only a couple of those events are permanents.

The 400k and a 200k are in 3 weeks. Mother's day weekend turns out to not
be ideal for many. If not, consider the SIR 400 the following weekend,
perhaps ideal for recovery from a Fleche and preparing for a 600.
