or 202 to Youngs River Rd (pretty!), to Tucker Creek Rd, L on Logan, L on Lewis and Clark. Or Youngs River all the way into Astoria, then as Ed suggests.

I definitely wouldn't go that way. 

Instead, take 202 becomes Front street in Astoria, then left (south) 
onto 101-business (cross a bridge), then Lewis and Clark road is a nice 
back route to Seaside.
