"Mike and I have made the decision to be open on the weekends only. We
apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but there just is not
enough going on around Birkenfeld during the weekdays at this time to
constitute keeping everything running. We will continue our music
journey with some of the best talent coming out to The Birk every
Saturday night. We will be open Friday thru Sunday at NOON-- friday
closing will be 10pm-Saturday 11pm and Sunday 6pm--We are still offering
private parties, weddings, etc. Thank you for your support and for
supporting live music --The Birk"
