If anyone wants a challenge, I have a cabin with a spare bed for  
Friday & Saturday near the start at the Carson River Resort,  
Markleeville, Ca.

Ride is June 30th. It is about a 9 hr drive from Bend. I will be  
leaving Bend mid-morning on Friday and will probably be back to Bend  
by late afternoon on Sunday.
Check out their website. I quit after 7 passes last year. Have better  
gearing and am determined to make all 8 this year. Extremely scenic  
route.
