Is it level in this section?  I don't mind a bit of gravel, but I'd
rather it not be much of a climb or descent.

Earlier today I went out and rode Ray O's Where's Yankton? 100k
permanent. It's a fantastic ride and I strongly encourage anyone looking
to do a hilly 100k perm to consider this one. It's a beautiful ride.
There was hardly any traffic and only one dog chased me. There's also a
fun little 2.1 mile long gravel section.
