Alan, Joshua and I have been working to coordinate a new Or Rando wool 
jersey order through Woolistic. Alan volunteered to tweak and update the 
jersey design. At the request of many randos, we decided to explore 
possibility of doing a forest green rather than maroon colorway for this 
run. Although many folks like the maroon colorway, we've received enough 
feedback suggesting it's time for an alternative color. For me, I need a 
reason to buy a new jersey since I already own four! At this point, we're 
going to ask people to vote for their preferred color. We will be doing 
maroon or green--not both. 


Michael Rasmussen will be helping us set up a page with jersey pictures, 
pricing and ordering info. For now, I've put up this set of images on my 
flickr account so you can debate and decide about the color. We need your 
feedback no later than next Wed, Oct 26th.

Please let us know which color you prefer. 

Tentatively, here is what pricing will look like for the jerseys. I'm also 
asking for pricing on a lightweight, long sleeve jersey for those of us 
(like me) who prefer to wear their wool in crazy layers. 

Short sleeve = $86 

LS = $95 normal weight. 

Superlight SS = $95 

We are still working out payment and shipping logistics. I will send an 
update next week once I know which colorway we plan to order. We will be 
taking pre-orders shortly. We hope to have sample jerseys for folks to try 
on. We're still trying to locate a shop or residence in the Portland Areas 
that could "host" the sizing jerseys and possibly serve as distribution 
center for will call orders. We hope to distribute most jerseys at a 
Spring brevet. I will mail the remaining jerseys from Eugene.
