[ORRando] Oregon Coast 600K - PLEASE READ!

Hello all!

I am co-organizing the Oregon Coast 600K.  The event dates are May 7-8.
As a courtesy to riders, I am in the process of negotiating with the
Motel 6 in Lincoln City for a group rate on rooms for the overnight
control.  Therefore, I am asking that if you think you will be joining
us for the 600K, that you get on the ORRando website and sign up for the
event.  Then, please shoot me an email and let me know if you expect to
be reserving a room.   I'd like to be able to give the motel a
reasonably accurate tally for the number of rooms we'll need.  Rooms
will be first come first serve on the group rate.

To clarify:  Riders will be responsible for making their own
reservations.  All I'm doing is getting a rough head count for the
purpose of getting a group rate.

You are, of course, welcome to reserve a room anywhere you'd like (or to
ride straight through, should you be so inclined).  But you'll still
need to check in with me at the Motel 6 to get your brevet card signed.
