Seen in the Oregonian today: "the city (North Plains) has also announced active enforcement of a pedestrian's right to cross at intersections....Drivers (North Plains will include bicyclists) who fail to stop for pedestrians at any intersections, not just marked walkways, will be cited with a $380 fine".
