As you may know, I am organizing an ACP brevet for TUESDAY June 15. Yes,
the ride is on a weekday. The basic info is on the Oregon Randonneurs
web site. The route starts at the Grand Lodge in Forest Grove, and heads
south through the Oregon Wine Country. For those of you familiar with
our annual November populaire classic, the Wine Country 100k, this is a
longer version of that route. Total climbing elevation estimated at 5000
feet.

The route on the site is still preliminary. I was going to scout the
route this past week, but I came down with the stomach flu that is
making the rounds, so I will update it as soon as I can leave the house
and drive the course to check it, hopefully in the next few days.

No fee for this ride, but Oregon Randonneurs membership required for
insurance purposes. Preregistration highly recommended.

Why on a Tuesday, you may ask? Originally the Oregon Blue Mountains
1000k ride that is starting in a few days was going to be a 1000k+200k.
When the route for the OBM was finalized, the 200k was dropped, and this
ride was put in its place. Same day, different location.
