[ORRando] Boone Bridge Closure

It would appear that ODOT has closed Boone Bridge northbound to cyclists and
pedestrians due to construction.  This morning I saw that a cement barrier
has been placed along right side closing the far right lane (the merge lane)
and moving the other three lanes toward the center divide.  There is no room
to ride on the right.  This would cause an issue with at least one of
Susan's perms.
