[ORRando] 54 mile birthday ride

Hi folks,

Good news for those who live and breath super bowl, or at least live and breath super bowl commercials  ;-)   I've decided not to compete with that big cultural event.  For those interested in joining me on the 54 mile birthday ride it looks like we'll put it on a week from Sunday........  and keep our fingers crossed for decent weather.  Also, after hearing some concerns about the hills and road conditions in the Gorge from several folks we'll be riding the 54 mile loop in the French Prairie area south of Champoeg Park.  I'll have cue sheets and/or have the course marked.  If you want a Google map let me know and I'll send you the link.

Not a killer pace, but you'd feel a lot better about it if you can ride a 15mph pace on the flats.  We'll regroup from time to time, and plan on a little post ride snack and brew at Wanker's Corner in Wilsonville.

I'm thinking of a 9 AM start time from Butteville, but we'll nail that down tight by the middle of next week, after I've had a chance to listen to any pleas for a modification.
