[ORRando] Desert River 200km Worker's Ride Report

As I'm riding the ORR 300 next week, this was the weekend to pre-ride and
scout the April 18 --  Desert River 200km:

To echo Cecil's comment on her pre-ride: the weather was perfect, so I'd
expect the weather to be 'less-fortunate' on the day of the ride. A more

Some minor changes in the cue-sheet are forthcoming, for enhanced clarity.
