I just read it.  Sounds like an Epic.

I've been sick since the day of the 3 Capes.   My first ride was  =

commuting to work yesterday.  I missed going to Vancouver, so it was  =

probably good that I also missed the fl=E8che.

HW seemed to enjoy the ride, though.
