[OrRando] Dart

[Ray Ogilvie]

 The Dart is the 12 hour version of an Arrow which is
the RUSA version of a Fleche.
 Susan hasn't published the particulars yet so I don't
know if a 24 hr. event will be held.
 At any rate I am planning on doing a 12 hr ride using a route
beginning near Westport, traveling up the Washington coast
then east towards Centralia.
