isn't that the Banks-Vernonia trail?  I tried it once on my Lemond (23mm tires) with fenders, and had to stop and pick the pine needles out of the fender well every so often so I could make forward progress.  Much better luck on my mtb, but I suspect the Bleriot (650b) would handle it just fine.  And it is a nicer climb to Tophill than the one on the road!
