If you don't fine what you need, try this: find a used tandem stoker
stem and an old handlebar at your LBS, cut off the bar to give you a
crossbar to which you attach the Carradice.  It holds the Carradice a
bit low so I use a Rivendell rack to hold the bag off the tire.

Hey fellow Oregon Randos,

I desperatly need to find a Bagman Saddlebag Support and the Carradice
Clamp to attach the dowel. It needs to hold a Carradice Nelson Longflap
bag. I need it by wednesday. If I could borrow, purchase, whatever I
would be sooo relieved. I think these items may be available at Peter
White cycles, but I'm not certain and I'm not sure I could get the parts
shipped to Portland in time at a reasonable price. If anyone knows a
shop in Portland or close by that might have the parts please let me
know. Thanks for any help in advance.
