[OrRando] Carradice Bag Support

Thanks Marcello,

I have been there the weekend, going back today to talk to there Carradice 
expert. But, they did not have a complete bagman. It was missing the clamp. 
I may have to buy a Brooks  saddle  as a plan B. A new Brooks just before a 
bike tour seems drastic and I'm told not a good idea.
