[OrRando] glove recommendations anyone?

No glove recco, since my girly hands are different from boy hands,  but have you tried the Buzzkill barend plugs?  I have severe numbness issues because of Raynaud's Phenomenon (sp?) and stuck some Buzzkills into my bars - they have really helped with that whole road vibration thing . . .
