[OrRando] FC 508 crew needed

I am one of the "fortunate" one hundred who got into the
Furnace Creek 508 this year.  I both love it and dread it.
Unfortunately for me most of my regular experienced crew
members are not available this time around.  Susan has
crewed for me all 3 times I have done the event (1996, 1997
and 2006), but not this time.  Son Erik is expecting his first
child in October, so it is not a good time for him to be gone.
So....just wondering if any of you are at all interested and
available for this exciting opportunity to crew.  It is a good
preview if you consider ever riding the event yourself.  I am
a relatively undemanding rider to crew for.  The main
qualifications are to be able to stay alert while driving
through the night and not run over me!

Dates are first weekend in October, Oct 6-8, 2007.
I usually make it a 6-day trip with two travel days on =

each end of the race weekend.

My 60+ field is especially strong this year, with 6 entrants
including new 60+ raam record holder Dave Jones, 60+
FC508 record holder Dan Crain and many-time finisher
Reed Finfrock.  A top 3 placing could be quite difficult.
