[OrRando] A ride this Saturday, anyone?

I'd be game.
Is the Scenic Hwy open between Woman's Forum and Crown Point?. Last time I
was through there, a few months ago, it was slipping down the hill.
And no controls!
Susan.

Alternatively, a Bridge of the Gods ride - short description, start at
McMenamin's Edgefield, go north, cross the I-205 Bridge, head east, mostly
on SR-14, cross over the Bridge of the Gods, (eat in Cascade Locks), ride
back to Edgefield on the Oregon side; only about a mile of freeway shoulder.
Pretty waterfalls. A couple of climbs, Cape Horn and Crown Point. Beer at
the end. About 85 miles. Good ride if the weather isn't bad. I don't like
to ride on SR 14 when it is.

  Cheers,

  Lynne F

Is anyone interested in doing, oh, 70-80 miles of riding? A repeat of
Fear the Bald Parrot maybe (minus the constant rain and guest appearance by
Washington County Emergency Services)? Something else?
