[OrRando] "Two Ferries without the Ferries" Perm

Marcello is tentatively scheduling the Two Ferries Perm for this Sat, start
time 7am. This will finish up his first R-12 and bring him over 5000k for
the year.

Now, there's a very, very high and certain probability that neither the
Canby nor Wheatland ferry is up an running this weekend due to the river
levels and debris, but there is a alternate perm course...because, well,
those ferries are often closed. If you are interested in riding near another
R-12 and 5000k-er let me know.
