[OrRando] Scio Perm on Sunday

A few are signed up to ride the Scio Covered Bridges Perm on Sunday. It
starts in Wilsonville City Hall and goes down south as far as Crabtree and
returns via Salem. You pass through 3 of the covered bridges. The start time
hasn't be set yet (the instigator is driving up from CA and has no
cellphone) but if you are interested in riding this 200k perm email me.

I will have perm registration forms, cues, and cards at tomorrows populaire
and I will email everyone later on Saturday when the start time is decided.
You can, if you want, always just choose your own time and hope you meet the
others along the way or at the start.
