[OrRando] Routes for 3 RUSA Brevets

And the RUSA board has spoken.  Three more 200K rides are available for area riders.
The geography stretches from the Coast, Capes and Cows, up the south side of Mt. St. Helens,
Up Yer Ash, and east from Hood River into the high desert, Hood River.

One ride each in July, August and September.  I look forward to seeing some of you out there.
